Project Manager
Location:ย Val-d'Or, QC
Schedule:ย 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with the possibility of a 4/3 schedule
About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating electrical design projects from the engineering phase through to shop fabrication. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to technical requirements while serving as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects from design through to final delivery;
  • Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements;
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams;
  • Collaborate with the fabrication, procurement, and quality control teams;
  • Contribute to product improvements and assist in resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electrical or a related field;
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read electrical drawings;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
