Role Summary/Purpose:
The Project Coordinator at Locke Solutions plays a critical support role in assisting Project Managers with the planning, execution, and coordination of precast concrete projects. This position focuses on maintaining accurate ERP (Titan) data, coordinating material procurement, and supporting project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate effectively across departments. The ideal candidate will help streamline project operations, reduce administrative burden on Project Managers, and contribute to successful project outcomes through strong organization and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain project data in Titan ERP, including BOMs, product details, and cost information.
  • Coordinate material procurement by working with purchasing teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
  • Track vendor lead times, confirm delivery dates, and proactively follow up on material status.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, including tracking key milestones such as submittals, production, and shipping.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate potential delays or risks to Project Managers.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
  • Maintain and organize all project files within the Titan Document Database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support internal communication between engineering, production, logistics, and purchasing teams.
  • Ensure alignment between procurement, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
  • Assist Project Managers with project setup, kickoff preparation, and ongoing coordination tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, procurement processes, and scheduling efficiency.

Key Results:

  • Maintain highly accurate ERP data with minimal errors or rework.
  • Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time to support project schedules.
  • Keep project schedules updated and aligned with procurement and production activities.
  • Reduce Project Manager administrative workload, improving overall team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-4 years of experience in project coordination, construction, manufacturing, or a similar environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
