As our Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating installation schedules, communicating with installers, and ensuring every project has the right products in the right place at the right time.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
  • Coordinate installation schedules to keep projects on time and customers happy.
  • Be the go-to communicator between customers, installers, and internal teams.
  • Create quotes, invoices, and project documents with accuracy and confidence.
  • Track orders, deliveries, and project updates while helping solve problems along the way.
  • Support installation teams by keeping schedules, paperwork, and project details on track.
  • Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from project kickoff through completion.
  • Partner with teammates across sales, warehouse, and operations to keep projects moving.
  • Bring a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years' proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Agent, Clerical Assistant, Front Office Associate, or similar role
  • Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
  • Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
  • Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
