Job description

The position is for a part-time Project Coordinator (18.75 hours/week) with benefits for the Department of Emergency Medicine funded by a foundation grant. The incumbent will support operations of the Center for Cardiac Arrest Survival. Key job functions include:
Completion of forms and data entry for registration of project participants
Contacting and coordinating activities with project stakeholders
Providing event scheduling support
Production of flyers/handouts/posters and other project documentation (including social media)
Updating the project website
Production of simple reports summarizing key project performance indicators
Data entry for an AED registry and
Supporting orders/acquisitions.
This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of 4 hours per week in person at the Oakland campus of the University of Pittsburgh and attendance (hybrid) at the weekly CCAS meeting (Wednesdays 12p-1p) and Pulse Point report review and coalition.  
Job Summary
Serves in an administrative capacity and provides administrative support to the project manager and other team members. Assists with fiscal management and compliance with federal regulations and the contracts. Manages day-to-day office operations and interacts with key stakeholders.
Essential Functions 
The incumbent should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working independently, have strong time management practices, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well when given a task list. Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
Physical Effort 
Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
