About the Role

We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Customer Operations Coordinator to support a leading medical device company that specializes in advanced patient simulation technology used in healthcare training environments.

This role serves as a central point of contact between customers, internal teams, distribution partners, finance, and banking partners to ensure orders move smoothly from purchase order submission through fulfillment. The environment is highly relationship-driven and customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on follow-through, problem-solving, and providing a white-glove customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and coordinating multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced business environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Process customer purchase orders and manage order entry activities with a high level of accuracy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both new and existing customers throughout the order lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Subscription Services, Order Management, and Distribution
  • Provide a white-glove customer experience by ensuring customer questions, issues, and requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies, payment issues, and fulfillment concerns
  • Work directly with banking partners when necessary to investigate and solve payment-related issues
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records within Salesforce and other business systems
  • Support customers through the ordering process while ensuring all required information and documentation are completed correctly
  • Handle a mix of administrative work, data entry, and customer communication
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
