The T&D Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative support related to construction management in the electrical construction industry. The Coordinator will interact with and provide general project support to senior project professionals.

Essential Functions

  • Reconcile timesheets to work orders and work orders to work order logs 
  • Review of equipment and labor in timesheets 
  • Billing preparation for assigned projects 
  • Investigate discrepancies in purchase order summary reports 
  • Enter Purchase Orders in the system 
  • Assist project professionals in various administrative areas 
  • Generate job number and set-up of job information 
  • Assist in crew work order scheduling 
  • Regular and predictable attendance 

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 -3 years of administrative support experience in the electrical construction industry
  • Associate degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to think practically in order to solve office problems and interface effectively with senior project personnel
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel
