Job description

Our large corporation specializes in cost-effective POS installations and project management.

The Customer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing service calls from initiation through closure within the company portal SharePoint and NetSuite.

This role will support day-to-day service operations by:

  • Opening and creating service calls in the system
  • Dispatching and coordinating third-party technicians
  • Monitoring technician updates and ensuring timely communication
  • Updating work order status, notes, and required details in the portal and NetSuite
  • Following up on pending service calls to ensure SLA compliance
  • Closing completed service calls accurately after all updates, technician notes, and required documentation are received
  • Escalating delayed, at-risk, or unresolved service issues to leadership when needed
  • Communicating with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all assigned service activity

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple service requests while ensuring strong communication and follow through.

Must be able to wear many hats to get the job done! Salary is $24-$26/hr. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. This includes full benefit package including 401K.
