Omron has a new opening for a Project Coordinator reporting directly to the Services Supervisor. The Project Coordinator is an important part of the Integration Department and Administrative Team and is responsible for providing daily support to the Integration and Administrative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete Project Coordination functions, Buyer functions, and Support the Sales Team on the daily operation functions (Purchase orders, work orders, material releases, invoice processing, etc.)
  • Create, monitor and communicate revenue forecast
  • Review documentation, create work ticket numbers for all new projects and distribute to team as needed.
  • Assemble Project reports and provide to Project managers (Summary spreadsheet and IR Report)
  • Work with the Vendors to confirm that all material delivery is on schedule and tracked accordingly
  • Work closely with PMO team to ensure integration harmonization throughout all processes
  • Review Form-017 (Sign Off Sheets) for completeness
  • Calculate change costs to machines and create the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) - Work with the Project Managers or Sales team to ensure the customer signs and returns ECN's. If additional material is necessary, procure from 3rdparty vendors.
  • Review Open Work ticket report.
  • Monitor and calculate ECI revenue, work with Sales to get a Purchase Order from the Customer
  • Conduct daily conference calls to ensure the Projects are on track and all issues/concerns are resolved quickly.
  • Attend customer calls, as needed
  • Material procurement and tracking for all projects
  • Support daily activities with Project Managers to assist with their needs
  • Invoice all project related work tickets and ECN's

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, and / or 3 years' experience in related field
  • Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Exposure to Job Costing
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • JDE experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates planning, organization and implementation skills
  • Takes initiative, is a decisive decision maker and shows confidence in the decision
  • Ability to work under pressure without displaying negative behavior

The annual salary range for this role is$62,000 - $68,000a year,however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program.Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
