We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Ottawa Construction team! As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.

What you will do as a Project Coordinator:


  • Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all aspect of the construction projects
  • Provide a high-level support in the tendering phase (liaison with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists)
  • Coordinate and follow-up on plans and shop drawings,
  • Attend project meetings and prepare minutes for review by the Project Manager and ensure timely distribution to the team
  • Manage change orders and ensure the construction site is aware of changes as soon as possible
  • Receive, generate, track and respond to the requests for information (RFI) using construction management software
  • Provide support as required to the site and Health and Safety team

What You Will Bring:


  • 1 - 3 years of project coordination experience in construction.
  • An Engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil or Architecture
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, scheduling, and HSE practices.
  • Experience with Procore, Textura, Microsoft Excel & Project is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
