Job description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the execution of engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Engineering Project Coordinator will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to track project progress, manage documentation, and assist in coordinating resources.

Employment Type: Direct-Hire Salary: $42-$60/hour based on experience + benefits Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and manage budgets for different project components. Attend project meetings, taking notes and distributing meeting minutes. Review customer purchase orders to confirm the scope of supply and pricing.

Create and maintain the project timeline. Facilitate coordination between engineering and construction teams. Ensure the project stays on track and all milestones are achieved.

Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns. Inform the client of any changes in contract pricing, along with justifications. Generate and submit monthly progress reports to the client.

Verify the accuracy of monthly invoices. Ensure that all relevant calculations, documents, and drawings are provided to the client upon project completion. Complete and submit all required close-out documentation.
