Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator in Suwanee. In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing projects from planning through production, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and helping ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for customers in the rubber and plastics industry. In a Project Coordinator job youll be responsible for:
  • Takingincoming customer orders.
  • Answer to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between customer and sales team
  • Coordinating project timelines across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports

  • Communicating project updates, risks, and action items to internal teams and leadership

  • Assisting with meetings, agendas, and follow-up on action items

  • Helping ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production goals

What youll need:
  • 2+ years of project coordination or project support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Schedule & Pay:
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • $23/hr. + DOE
