Job Description

  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries directed to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) from other departments/projects; gather information and provide key points to the COO.
  • Anticipate COO needs, proactively work to reduce the COOs administrative responsibilities.
  • At the direction of the COO, assist in tracking project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Offer onboarding support to new hires by addressing policy-related questions and guiding them to key information resources.
  • Actively follow up on action items, provide updates to the COO and stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to track data and prepare reports.
  • Organize, update, and maintain project-specific documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, document key takeaways, and ensure smooth communication and engagement across departments and projects.
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, data management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to handling multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem-solver with an innovative approach to complex challenges
  • Advanced Excel skills required for effective data reporting
