Essential Functionsย 

Project Setup & Planningย 

  • Set up projects in ERP and project management systems to track and analyze performance dataย 
  • Develop and implement project control plans, budgets, schedules, and cost breakdown structures (CBS)ย 

Project Monitoring & Controlย 

  • Manage project controls and timelines to ensure compliance with cost standards and financial regulationsย 
  • Monitor performance, quantity estimates, and claims;ย providing regular progress updates to the project teamย 
  • Track earned value, costs, and schedules to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategiesย 
  • Maintain and oversee change management procedures, including review and approval of change orders to budget and revenueย 

Reporting & Analyticsย 

  • Prepare weekly productivity reports and month-end reporting packages, including variance and forecast analysisย 
  • Maintain time-phased forecasts and cash flow reportsย 
  • Update and monitor project dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and respond to ad-hoc data requestsย
