About this Role:
As part of a project controls team, develop and maintain program, design, and construction schedules. Coordinate and gather project status information from Project Managers to update program level schedule; prepare reports; cost and resource loading; identify and record project changes, trends, risks, and opportunities. Review Program level schedule and create summary cashflow report
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and gather project status information from PMs and CMs to update project budget and cost reports
  • Track changes, trends, and risks
  • Support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs
  • Tracking and reporting of project progress and performance

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor's in finance or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience on project controls and cost management
  • Handson expertise in using project management tools such as MS Project, etc
  • Experience working with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Portfolio Management
  • Expertise in MS Excel and SharePoint. Knowledge of data analytical tools like Microsoft Dynamics Database, Power BI, Tableau preferred
  • Proven abilities to work with cultural and emotional intelligence, to improve team engagement.
  • Possess exceptional communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilizing the same productively.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
