  • Evaluate current business practices, processes, and operations to identify ways to improve productivity and service delivery, while leveraging company resources to reduce costs. 

  • Design and implement solutions that drive lasting, successful business outcomes. 

  • Create and conduct operations-related training. 

  • Monitor project control system on projects. 

  • Oversee project control team. 

What You Bring: 

  • 5 years Project Controls or Construction Management experience 

  • Project administration experience in the construction field 

  • Experience in project controls with a focus on cost planning, estimating, cost management, and scheduling 

  • Effective communication and facilitation skills, experience coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Strong strategic decision-making skills (based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints, and organizational values) 

  • Proven financial analytical skills (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, ROI discovery) 

  • Consultative problem-solving skills. 

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
