  • Create and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to support project planning and execution.
  • Monitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks, delays, and sequencing conflicts.
  • Analyze project schedules for logic errors, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve execution.
  • Coordinate schedule updates with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Develop short-term and long-term schedule forecasts to support project planning and resource allocation.
  • Prepare schedule reports and progress updates for project teams and executive leadership.
  • Assist with project planning, schedule recovery efforts, and delay analysis when required.
  • Ensure schedules accurately reflect construction sequencing, procurement activities, and project milestones.
  • Support continuous improvement of scheduling standards and project controls processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
  • Minimum 3 years working for a commercial general contractor or subcontractor.
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Ability to review and analyze project schedules for sequencing, logic, and workflow issues.
  • Experience managing multiple project schedules simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction sequencing and project execution.
