As a Project Controls Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients 
  • Assist in preparing client project funding documents 
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress 
  • Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments 
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners 
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan 
  • Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings 
  • Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews 
  • Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders 
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
