Job Overview
Job Title: Project Control Analyst (PCA)
Location: Tampa, FL
Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Project Control Analyst (PCA) to support the EAGLE-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages project control activities for complex programs or multiple projects, with responsibility for cost, schedule, and scope tracking.
  • Leads a team of project control staff, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and providing training and performance feedback.
  • Sets up projects in the accounting system, prepares and reviews budgets and forecasts, analyzes variances, and drives corrective actions with project managers.
  • Ensures compliance with contract and company requirements and oversees contract closeout.
  • Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret clearance
  • 4+ years of experience providing project control, program finance, cost analysis, or a similar role in support of DOD contracts
  • 4+ years of experience using government accounting and/or project control systems (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, MS Project, or equivalent platforms)
  • Ability to interpret and analyze program performance metrics
  • Experience preparing financial reports and dashboards

Desired Qualification
  • Possess a current CCE/CCP certification or an equivalent DOD financial management certification
  • Active U.S. Government issued Secret clearance

Education
  • High School Diploma
