Job description: We are seeking a responsible Residential Project Manager that will plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.


Residential Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion

• Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Review blueprints, specifications, and contracts

• Track and control project costs, budgets, and change orders

• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members

• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and progress

• Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently


Residential Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
