Keller Technology Corporation (KTC) is a global supplier of manufacturing and engineering services, with facilities located in Buffalo, New York, and Charlotte, North Carolina. We specialize in four areas including custom machinery, precision fabrication, automated systems for medical device manufacturing, and contract manufacturing. Keller delivers sophisticated manufacturing solutions for many industries including Engineered Materials, Semiconductors, Robotics, Chemicals, Medical and Life Science, Energy Research, and Industrial Technologies.
We are currently seeking to fill the following position for our Buffalo location.
PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a highly motivated, well organized, team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. High degree of ownership, and desire to make those around you better.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership abilities and be able to organize, plan, and oversee multiple projects of various sizes and complexities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a summary of Primary Job Responsibilities.
  • Evaluate and monitor project budgets and cost control initiatives
  • Monitor project schedules and deadlines, working with other departments as needed to meet said dates
  • Provide technical oversight and support of projects in process
  • Interface with customers and may be asked to develop and execute customer presentations
  • Assist in proposal development as needed
  • Monitor adherence to all company policies including safety and ISO Standards

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience and/or knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machining
  • Experience and/or knowledge of machining
  • Experience with managing contract manufacturing programs
  • Experience in an environment that fabricates custom equipment and industrial machinery
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in project management

EDUCATION
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline is required
