Job description

Supports the commercial team by preparing quotes, tracking performance metrics, and identifying market opportunities. This role plays a key part in maintaining rate folders, meeting team objectives, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meets team objectives, weekly KPIs, and annual performance goals.
  • Prepares and tracks quotes for Out-of-Gauge (OOG) and Breakbulk shipments, including volume and revenue targets.
  • Focuses on maintaining and updating Project Cargo rate folders.
  • Identifies operational challenges and market opportunities to support strategic decisions.
  • Provides timely and accurate customer service in response to rate inquiries.
  • Reports performance and quoting activity to management.
  • Participates in team onboarding and collaboration initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support quoting and analysis functions.
