Now we're looking for the ORM Consultant.
What you will do
- Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms, forums, and online communities (including Reddit, Quora, and regional platforms).
- Consult on reputation management on platforms, including fostering a neutral and positive discussion protocols.
- Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts and turning detractors into neutral or positive voices.
- Develop and implement ORM strategies to improve overall brand perception in LATAM markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to align messaging and address recurring complaints at the root.
- Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment trends, share of voice, and reputation KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience working with forum-based and community-driven platforms (Reddit, Quora, niche communities) -- understanding of community culture and anonymous audience dynamics
  • Familiarity with social listening tools capable of tracking forum activity (Brandwatch, Brand24 Mention, YouScan, or similar)
  • 2+ years of experience in ORM, community management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and review ecosystems relevant to LATAM (Reddit, Quora, Facebook, local platforms)
  • Experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Mention, YouScan, or similar)
  • Excellent written communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage own time, and deliver results without daily oversight
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • EdTech or B2C experience is an advantage
