Within our Civil Engineering practice, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a wide variety of civil engineering projects across multiple sectors, including transportation, water/wastewater, community infrastructure, stormwater, and private development. We have opportunities available in Northern Nevada, Northern California, and Southern Idaho offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys managing projects, mentoring staff, collaborating with clients, and contributing to business development while working on diverse and impactful infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project partners.
  • Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
  • Mentor and support early in career staff and project engineers.
  • Assist with business development, including proposals and client relationship management.

Contribute to a variety of projects, which may include:

  • Water distribution and wastewater systems (preferred)
  • Stormwater and drainage infrastructure
  • Municipal and public works projects
  • Transportation-related projects, including trails, roadway rehabilitation, and new roadway design
  • Land development and site design for private development and public/institutional projects

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant engineering and project management experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid driver license and driving record with 3 or less demerit points.
