An Associate Project Manager at Modifly is a critical support role that pushes work forward across the agency. Supporting a large, integrated account, this individual will help manage fast-moving work-streams across paid media, creative, social, and influencer initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume agency environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, and adaptability.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management of paid media projects from client briefing, kickoff through launch and delivery

  • Help manage creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, client status updates and adherence to client regulatory requirements

  • Prepare deliverable submissions for client systems and legal review, ensuring formats and information are compliant with client requirements

  • Update project timelines, trackers, status documents and meeting notes to support alignment across internal and external stakeholdersย 

  • Ensure internal systems data is accurate and timely across project management, budget tracking, and resource management inputs

  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and project delivery effectiveness

Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of project or account coordination experience in an agency environment

  • Experience coordinating or supporting paid media, media creative production, social media, and/or influencer marketing projects

  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across a variety of personalities and disciplines

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently and proactively

  • Experience utilizing project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Wrike, Asana, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience working on regulated or compliance-sensitive brands preferred

  • Familiarity with paid media trafficking and creative asset delivery workflows preferred

  • Experience working within integrated agency teams or multi-agency client environments preferred

Work Environment

Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
