WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an Electrical Project Manager at Szulgit Electric, you lead and manage multiple small projects, analyzing blueprints to create project plans and accurate estimates. You coordinate manpower with the scheduler, oversee material procurement, and handle vendor and subcontractor contracts. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and inspectors, you represent the company professionally. Your key responsibility is to ensure each project's success and profitability while maintaining high safety standards throughout the process. Your electrical industry expertise helps navigate challenges and guide projects to completion.

What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 10+ years of electrical experience
  • Knowledge of contracting and developing budgets, project management, management proficiency, tracking budget expenses, planning, and performance management
  • Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards, and their impact on project activities
  • Knowledge and proficiency in estimating programs, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the NFPA codes and strong problem-solving skills
  • Leadership abilities and present self in a professional manner
  • Ability to take the project from estimate to close out
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
