Administrative Assistant

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. a seismic consulting company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Florissant, Missouri. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting our Area Manager and Field Technicians with various tasks, including preparing and reviewing reports, proposals and other documents, coordinating various office activities, such as project scheduling, managing correspondence and general office administration.

Our seismic consulting services are used in the construction, mining and energy industries. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the Area Manager and Field Technicians while providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Perform general monthly billing duties
  • Review and report on environmental monitoring equipment functionality
  • Schedule projects and inspections
  • Manage equipment inventory
  • Handle shipping/receiving of equipment
  • Submission and processing of timesheets and expenses
  • Oversee day to day office activities

Your Background and Experience:

  • 1 โ€“ 2 years of experience providing administrative support in engineering, geological or construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point), Google, Adobe and Smartsheet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, clients, etc.
