Job description

Position summary:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our project locations. Working closely with project managers, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the job site from launch through completion, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule. You will communicate with our team of Project Managers and Engineers, as well as with the customer’s on-site representative(s).
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Run day to day operations at the customer installation site.
• Coordinate with project manager on job budgets, schedules, progress reports, and cost reports. Maintain documentation that reflects accurate progress.
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to permit them to perform their work effectively and safely, as well as integrating it with project schedules and progress.
• Regularly communicate with our customer, including preparing progress reports and issuing updates to progress schedules.
• Keep all key stakeholders informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.
 
Job Requirements:
