Overview

We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Specialist -Tennessee to support and deliver healthy air system solutions to our HVAC dealers within a specific territory. You will be able to make an impact on our business's revenue within this territory by leaning into our customers, delivering creative solutions, and contributing to our company's success year over year. 

This is a Home-Based B2B (when not in your territory seeing customers) position that requires someone to be located in Nashville or the greater Nashville area.

Responsibilities

Your day will include:

  • Consulting with AprilAire dealers to position their businesses for success
  • Providing tailored product and system solutions to HVAC dealerships
  • Displaying an exceptional degree of accountability for sales by cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needs
  • Working collaboratively with AprilAire distribution managers in securing distributor orders with dealers
  • Developing and leading an Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and allows you to plan for your month-to-month future
  • Tracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accounts
  • Supporting clients and developing long lasting relationships 
  • Updating our CRM (Goldmine) and identifying accounts offering the greatest opportunities
