Job Description:

Lead and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, subscription growth, and long-term business performance while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy focused on revenue generation.
  • Develop and optimize omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, web, social, and paid media.
  • Lead webinar strategy and maximize registration, attendance, and conversion performance.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve conversion rates and align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Oversee website optimization, conversion rate improvements, and SEO initiatives.
  • Manage affiliate and partnership marketing programs.
  • Lead A/B testing and performance optimization across campaigns and landing pages.
  • Track marketing KPIs, revenue forecasts, and campaign performance.
  • Manage and mentor internal marketing team members and external agency partners.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on growth initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 15 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within B2C environments.
  • Proven success marketing subscription-based products or services.
  • Experience leading omnichannel marketing initiatives across email, SMS, web, paid media, and social channels.
  • Must have strong expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Experience building, managing, and optimizing marketing funnels.
  • Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales to achieve business objectives.
  • Previous leadership experience managing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading website optimization and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
