About the Role

The Director of Marketing will lead Zankou Chicken's marketing strategy and execution across all channels - driving same-store sales, brand awareness, and guest loyalty. This role oversees all marketing activities from digital and loyalty programs to content and local store marketing, ensuring brand consistency and growth.

You will collaborate directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders in Operations, Culinary, IT, and Finance to bring Zankou's story and guest experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand-wide marketing strategy and growth plans (13 ? 100+ locations).
  • Increase Same Store Sales (SSS) through data-driven campaigns and promotions.
  • Build and manage Zankou's loyalty program, digital platforms (web, app), and guest experience.
  • Lead storytelling through social media, content, and creative campaigns.
  • Create scalable local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships and grow a high-performing marketing team.
