Job description

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly attentive Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse to join our intermediate care team. These patients often require close monitoring, advanced cardiac support, and frequent assessments as they transition between critical and stable conditions.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring telemetry, managing complex medication regimens, supporting post-surgical recovery, and responding to subtle changes in patient condition. You'll work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and fellow nurses to deliver targeted, evidence-based care with a focus on patient safety and progression toward discharge.
Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize care for multiple patients with evolving needs. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families about recovery plans, medications, and follow-up care.
If you are passionate about providing high-acuity care in a supportive, team-oriented setting, we invite you to grow with us in the PCU.
