Description:

This position is directly responsible for the insurance needs of our clients and contributes to the financial stability of Cascade Crest Insurance by delivering a high standard of service to new and renewing policyholders while meeting all aspects of their servicing needs. Position functions as a primary business contact to written and assigned accounts and will act in a supporting role between the client and the insuring company, with a focus on providing superior service. Performs sales and service functions for targeted markets, programs, and sale of additional coverages to contribute to attainment of Cascade Crest Insurance goals. Requires obtaining and maintaining appropriate licenses and continuing education.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.

2. Post-secondary industry-related training or equivalent experience or the combination of both.

3. At least two years progressive insurance sales experience to include property and casualty insurance, agency operations, and other related insurance experience.

4. Current on Oregon Agent License for Property/Casualty (General Lines) or Current on Washington License for Property/Casualty (General Lines)
