Dealership:L0786 Hill Country HondaHill Country Honda Now hiring a Body Shop Advisor / Insurance Adjuster!

Join a team that values exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professional growth. Hill Country Honda is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Body Shop Advisor / Insurance Adjuster to help deliver an outstanding repair experience for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with automotive damage assessment experience who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with technicians and insurance providers. You'll gain valuable industry experience while building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build strong relationships by reviewing repair needs, timelines, and costs
  • Perform visual vehicle inspections and collaborate with technicians to accurately assess damage
  • Prepare repair orders and provide cost and time estimates using dealership management systems (DMS)
  • Communicate repair progress and updates to customers throughout the process
  • Assist customers during vehicle delivery and pickup
  • Coordinate claim initiation with insurance companies
  • Manage insurance claim documentation and related administrative processes
  • Maintain attention to quality, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
