Position Overview
Weโ€™re seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales amp; Product Support Specialist) to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support. Youโ€™ll manage order entry, resolve issues, and proactively engage distributors, builders, and directโ€‘toโ€‘consumer clients on behalf of our field sales team. Your insights and reporting will lay the groundwork for future sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service amp; Order Management
    • Respond to inquiries promptly by phone and email
    • Process purchase orders and send order acknowledgments
    • Track shipments, handle tracing, and resolve claims or complaints
  • Crossโ€‘Functional Coordination
    • Liaise with Operations amp; Logistics to ensure onโ€‘time delivery
    • Maintain accurate administrative records for both external and internal stakeholders
  • CRM amp; Reporting
    • Update and manage customer data in HubSpot
    • Generate and distribute performance reports (e.g. dashboards, daily order summaries)
  • Billing amp; Invoicing
    • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Product amp; Pricing Support
    • Field and track new product or pricing requests from the Sales team
  • Team Engagement
    • Participate in crossโ€‘functional and monthly Sales meetings
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Education amp; Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
    • 3+ years of directly related customer service experience
