Position Overview
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales amp; Product Support Specialist) to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support. You’ll manage order entry, resolve issues, and proactively engage distributors, builders, and direct‑to‑consumer clients on behalf of our field sales team. Your insights and reporting will lay the groundwork for future sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service amp; Order Management
    • Respond to inquiries promptly by phone and email
    • Process purchase orders and send order acknowledgments
    • Track shipments, handle tracing, and resolve claims or complaints
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination
    • Liaise with Operations amp; Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery
    • Maintain accurate administrative records for both external and internal stakeholders
  • CRM amp; Reporting
    • Update and manage customer data in HubSpot
    • Generate and distribute performance reports (e.g. dashboards, daily order summaries)
  • Billing amp; Invoicing
    • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Product amp; Pricing Support
    • Field and track new product or pricing requests from the Sales team
  • Team Engagement
    • Participate in cross‑functional and monthly Sales meetings

  • Education amp; Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
    • 3+ years of directly related customer service experience
  • Skills amp; Attributes
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • Active listening and professional phone/email etiquette
    • Strong math and problem‑solving abilities
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
