Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key communication link between our customers and our production teams, ensuring accurate order processing and smooth, efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
  • Accurately enter, review, and maintain customer orders in our ERP system
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing, production scheduling, and shipping to support on‑time delivery
