• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments by performing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand clients’ situations fully.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, cultural considerations, and circumstances, facilitating a tailored approach to care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support clients in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services when clients are in acute distress, ensuring they receive prompt and effective support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, compliant with organizational policies and state regulations, which is crucial for tracking client progress.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them to manage their situations actively.
• Engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for all clients.
• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making adjustments to strategies when necessary.
• Stay current with mental health research and best practices, integrating this knowledge into therapeutic practices to deliver the highest standard of care.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure the confidentiality of all patient information consistently.

Your role will primarily focus on working with diverse populations, including families with children facing mental health challenges, trauma survivors, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds. You will provide culturally sensitive counseling that respects and acknowledges the unique experiences of each client, fostering an environment of trust and understanding.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly with trauma-informed care practices, is highly desirable.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, particularly in community health settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and family therapy frameworks.

The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
