About ABA Solutions
ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned organization providing applied behavior analysis services throughout Central and West Florida. You will work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians focused on delivering outcomes that are meaningful to our clients, with consistent clinical and administrative support to help you focus on quality care. Our directors and assistant directors are actively involved in supporting analysts with case consultation, problem-solving, and professional development. The Assistant Director position is a fantastic way to flex your leadership muscles, by providing operational and clinical support our Hillsborough team needs to deliver high-quality care.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff and client concerns and collaborate with the Area Director.
  • Assist with the dissemination of agency policies and monitoring of BACB ethical guidelines
  • Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and staff training as assigned by the Area Director.
  • Conduct billing audits and maintain documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements.
  • Support the Area Director with region-specific projects for area growth.
  • Support cases during staff transitions as needed
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students.
  • Analyze data and adjust programming to support client progress.
  • Provide caregiver training to cultivate long-lasting behavior change.

Clinical & Administrative Support
  • Manageable and flexible caseload expectations designed to support quality care.
  • Administrative support for authorizations, scheduling, and credentialing.
  • Opportunities to work closely with an experienced leadership team.

Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with at least 2 years of post-certification experience.
  • Management and supervisory experience
  • Completion of the BACB 8-hour Supervision Training
  • Thorough understanding of BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Codes
  • Ability to work in a variety of school and home environments across Hillsborough County
  • Strong professional communication and problem-resolution skills
  • Ability to travel across the region for supervision and staff support
