  • Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications across frontend, backend, API, integration, and database layers.
  • Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions that promote scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and integrations supporting internal and external business capabilities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, scalability, and production issues.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, technical design sessions, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
