Program Manager (CBS Programs)
Location: Falls Church, VA
Summary:
3 Reasons Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the lead PgM for CBS Programs. This role is responsible for overall program leadership, governance, and execution oversight across CBS initiatives, ensuring alignment between program objectives, stakeholder expectations, and delivery outcomes. The Program Manager will coordinate across multiple projects and workstreams to maintain program cohesion, performance, and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Program Manager (PgM) for CBS Programs and initiatives
  • Provide overall program governance, leadership, and execution oversight
  • Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams within the CBS portfolio
  • Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, and performance tracking
  • Monitor program scope, schedule, budget, and delivery performance
  • Facilitate executive-level governance meetings and program reviews
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies
  • Ensure alignment between program execution and organizational objectives
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making for CBS initiatives
  • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and program performance metrics
  • Maintain program documentation and governance artifacts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully pass a federal government background investigation
  • 4+ years of program or portfolio management experience
  • Experience managing complex, multi-project programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee enterprise-level initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or PgMP certification
  • Experience with federal or large-scale program environments
  • Experience leading governance structures and PMO frameworks
  • Strong background in program controls and performance reporting
