DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:

La résidence Havre des Cantons offre une ambiance conviviale où il est stimulant de travailler. Nous avons une équipe dévouée et attentionnée pour les personnes âgées autonomes et en légère perte d’autonomie.
Horaire de jour, 20 à 30 heures semaine.
Salaire : entre 19,25$ à 20,75$/heure.


RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
  • Accueillir les résidents à la salle à manger et veiller à leur confort
  • Apporter les assiettes aux tables et offrir un service personnalisé
  • Collaborer avec les employés de la cuisine pour assurer un bon travail d'équipe
  • Contribuer au maintien de la propreté de la salle à manger et cuisine en assumant quelques tâches ménagères, en collaboration avec l'équipe
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes
  • Prendre les commandes, noter les demandes spécifiques des résidents et assurer le suivi en cuisine
  • Présenter les menus du jour, le menu à la carte et répondre aux questions des résidents concernant les aliments et cuissons, en collaboration avec les collègues en cuisine
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Avoir une flexibilité pour l'horaire de travail
  • Connaissance de Maître D (un atout)
  • Expérience en service client un atout
  • 1 année d’expérience pertinente sera considérer comme un atout important
