We're seeking a motivated and curious college student interested in launching a career in tech sales. As a BDR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting pipeline development, learning core sales fundamentals, and working alongside an experienced Sales Development team. This role offers exposure to go-to-market functions and a potential pathway into a full-time BDR position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Support the Sales Development team with pipeline-building activities
  • Research target accounts and identify prospective contacts
  • Learn outbound sales strategies and assist with early-stage outreach efforts
  • Review sales calls and messaging to understand best practices
  • Assist with sales enablement materials, including presentations and training content
  • Participate in team trainings and shadow live sales conversations
  • Collaborating with BDRs and leadership on ongoing initiatives
  • Build foundational skills for a potential transition into a full-time BDR role

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (all majors welcome)
  • Strong interest in tech sales or go-to-market roles
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in analytics or data-driven decision making is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage time effectively while balancing school commitments
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during standard business hours
  • Able to work in an in-office environment based on team and business needs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay may vary based on defined markets. The hourly pay rate for this intern position is $20.00/hour. Pay may vary by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
