Program Director – Premier Martial ArtsPremier Martial Arts has helped thousands of students of all ages build confidence, discipline, and fitness since 1998. We teach kids respect, accountability, and focus in a fun environment, and give adults the confidence to overcome anxiety and build real community.
Job Summary
The Program Director is the face of our school and the engine behind our growth — responsible for marketing and selling martial arts memberships. This role suits someone with a genuine passion for fitness/health/martial arts and a drive to bring its benefits to as many people in the community as possible. Success requires full commitment to learning and executing our proven sales and marketing systems. You'll be the first and most important point of contact for prospective members, so you need to be friendly, professional, organized, and self-motivated, with strong sales instincts and a love of connecting with people.
Responsibilities
  • Generate leads using our monthly advertising and promotional systems
  • Manage the full membership sales cycle
  • Track daily tasks and numbers in our software
  • Hit monthly sales and revenue goals
  • Coordinate school events

About Premier Martial Arts
We train students in Karate, Sport Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kali, Submission Grappling, Krav Maga (1st–3rd specific ranks), and sport weapons (Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Escrima Stick, Kamas, Sword, Double Nunchuks).
