The Role

You will provide direct oversight of program services, including client education, treatment milieu, and staff development. As a leader, you will ensure our services remain family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply rooted in our commitment to trauma-informed care.

Core Responsibilities

Direct all facets of milieu programming and client services to ensure superior outcomes.

Ensure a trauma-sensitive, safe, and stable culture for both staff and clients.

Model Camber’s values of Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Communication, Teamwork, and Improvement.

Assess staff professional development needs and deliver high-impact training.

Maintain rigorous compliance with state and federal laws, as well as TJC, COA, and CMS accreditation standards.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary treatment teams to address complex cases and ensure active treatment.

Lead with inclusivity, fostering a supportive environment for all employees regardless of background.

Serve as a key representative for Camber, building strong relationships with community stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree from an accredited institution is highly preferred.

Experience: Three or more years of managerial or leadership experience in a healthcare setting; experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

Technical Skills: Requires intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to learn Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HRIS platforms.

Licensure: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Availability: Ability to rotate as an administrator on-call, maintaining 24/7 availability during assigned periods.
