OB/GYN Program Director | 50% Leadership / 50% Clinical | Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Lead a 4-year OB/GYN residency program in Baton Rouge while maintaining a meaningful clinical practice.

Position Highlights

  • OB/GYN residency program with 16 residents, 4 per class
  • Approximately 50% program leadership and 50% clinical oversight
  • Strong board outcomes and established residency infrastructure
  • Full-spectrum subspecialty support including MFM, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, and REI
  • Approximately 80-100 births per month
Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
  • Leadership time structured around program oversight and administrative responsibilities
  • Clinical responsibilities include OR, L&D coverage, and resident clinic
  • Oversight of clinical rotations and resident call schedules
  • Future option to incorporate a private practice component if desired
