Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee facilities operations, safety, and preventative maintenance within our senior living community.

This leadership role ensures that our building, grounds, and equipment remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and team members. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all maintenance, repair, housekeeping coordination, and safety operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff
