In this role, you'll partner closely with senior team members to translate high-engagement user moments into turnkey, premium opportunities for global brands. You will synthesize inventory data, creative potential, and market input into cohesive bundles that drive revenue and deliver strong results for our advertisers.
What You'll Do
  • Support Premium Program Development: Contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of global premium ad programs, with a focus on seasonal events and high-traffic "tentpole" moments that maximize platform yield
  • Assist with Strategic Product Bundling: Partner with Product GTM teams to help design and bundle ad products for high-impact takeover opportunities, ensuring new features are incorporated into compelling commercial offerings
  • Coordinate Seasonal Marketing Alignment: Work with Insights, Creative Strategy, and Marketing teams to support the visual and narrative elements of seasonal programs, helping ensure our ad packages are backed by a strong market story
  • Inform Monetization Strategy: Collaborate with Pricing and GTM teams by sharing learnings on package performance and advertiser interest to help refine our broader monetization strategy
  • Analyze Inventory & Engagement: Partner with Inventory Management to identify high-impact moments of user engagement on the platform and support the translation of these into structured sponsorship and premium opportunities
  • Enable Sales Packaging: Help drive the cross-functional execution of sales collateral for premium bundles, ensuring Sales is equipped with accurate, timely materials to win seasonal budgets
  • Monitor Performance & Reporting: Track performance and sell-through of premium packages, contributing to regular reporting that informs inventory allocation and future packaging decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Creative, Product, Sales, and Finance to ensure premium programs are operationally viable, well-documented, and aligned with creative and commercial goals
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Strategy, Ad Product Marketing, Media Planning, or a related field
  • Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the marketing or advertising industry
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional launches or campaigns under tight timelines
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics to inform recommendations and optimize program performance
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex, matrixed organizations and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Creative, Sales, and Finance
  • Clearwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise materials that enable Sales and internal partners
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Experience with Order Management Systems
  • Experience contributing to "Go-to-Market" bundles, sponsorship models, or high-yield premium advertising programs
