Description:

Serve as a Full time assistant in Before and After Care School Program effective 5/4/2026.

Job Summary:

Assist and suport the lead facilitator in activities/field trips for the BAC program.  Positively represent Westfield Washington Schools with the parents of BAC students.  Assure a positive, inviting, and nurturing environment for the students in the BAC program.  Create materials as needed for programs.  Assist support staff in recordkeeping/clerical needs for program administratior.  Assume other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Lead.

Qualifications:

High school graduate (college preferred)

Preference given for previous camp, club, and/or child care experience

Strong human relations skills

Child-centered qualities

Working Conditions:

Hours vary with program needs
