Job Summary:

Office Assistant to our Super Cool After School Program where teachers

supervise children while providing a safe, fun, interactive environment. You would be

responsible for checking in and out all kids, communicating with parents, and assisting the Super Programming Director

as needed.


Job Description and Expectations:

1. Provide a friendly, positive, fun, safe, interactive environment for children when they come to participate in our after school/summer programs.

2. You are the face of our program! You must provide a warm welcome for parents when they walk through the front doors, greeting them with a friendly face and big smile!

3. During the after-school program, you will be responsible for going out to the parking lot to collect students off the bus and supervise bringing them into the building, checking them in, and communicating with parents.

4. Work and communicate closely with Super Programming Director and assist her when needed.

5. Must be able to manage and supervise staff when Super Programming Director is off campus.

7. Must be able to provide first aid to students as needed.

8. Able to handle computer and monetary transactions.

9. Be willing to train new employees when they are hired as needed.

10. Must be willing and able to participate in physical activity.

11. Check facilities and classrooms for cleanliness and organization after staff have cleaned at the end of the day.

12. While on the clock, respond in a timely and professional manner to all text messages, emails, phone calls and or any form of group communication.

13. Willing to help with the overall daily functions and fill in different areas of the program if the need arises.

14. Maintain a professional attitude, support other Super Programing staff and the staff of North

Phoenix Baptist Church.

15. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be an outgoing Christian who is actively seeking Christ and attends a church regularly.

Must have experience working with children, and be an outgoing and willing leader.

Must be able to participate in simple physical activities with the children such as recreation, sports, etc.

Must be flexible with the hours you are able to work and willingness to work a variety of shifts including opening and closing

Ability to pass a drug test, back ground check, and meet all other standard employment requirements.
