As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programming to meet the individual physical, cognitive, social, and recreational needs of our residents. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programming to meet individual physical, cognitive, social, and recreational needs
  • Design and lead activities and events to promote socialization, mental stimulation, and physical activity
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create a comprehensive care plan for each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:
