THE POSITION

We are seeking a Coordinator on our Product Management Team. This person will be responsible for supporting day-to-day Product Management activities across new product development and product lifecycle management, ensuring information, processes, and deliverables are organized, accurate, and moving forward on time. Reporting to the Sr Product Manager, this role plays an important part in enabling the Product Management team to bring innovative, high-quality products to market by coordinating cross-functional efforts, supporting data-driven decision making, and maintaining strong operational foundations across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Support all phases of the product lifecycle, including strategic planning, new product definition, brand partner coordination, and performance analysis.

โ€ข Partner with Product Managers to collect, organize, and analyze financial data, market trends, industry insights, and competitive intelligence to inform new product planning.

โ€ข Support go-to-market execution through sample management, packaging coordination, and commercialization processes.

โ€ข Maintain and support Gemlineโ€™s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to ensure accurate, timely information is available to cross-functional stakeholders.

โ€ข Assist in the development of product copy, naming, and product storytelling across internal and external touchpoints.

โ€ข Gather, organize, and communicate new product information to internal teams and cross-functional partners.

โ€ข Produce timely and accurate reporting and presentations related to product, category, and brand performance.

โ€ข Manage the Product Management team inbox and Teams communication channels, responding to product or brand inquiries as needed.

โ€ข Contribute to special projects that support Product Management priorities and broader company initiatives.

โ€ข Additional tasks as assigned by manager.


THE CANDIDATE

Qualifications & Experience


โ€ข 1โ€“2 years of experience in consumer products, merchandising, marketing, product development, or a related field (relevant internships welcome).

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Management, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or a related field โ€” or equivalent experience.

โ€ข High-energy, initiative-taking mindset with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.

โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across the organization.

โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

โ€ข Collaborative, positive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

โ€ข Ability to apply Gem Performance System (GPS) principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
